European Council head Charles Michel took to his Twitter to congratulate Armenian acting PM Nikol Pashinyan on winning snap parliamentary elections.
"Warm congratulations to Nikol Pashinyan on elections victory. The EU stands by Armenia in support of deepening reforms. We are also ready to further support regional stabilisation and comprehensive conflict settlement," he tweeted.
