By the decision of governor Hovhannes Harutyunyan of Armenia’s Shirak Province, the latter’s Gyumri city will hold Council of Elders elections on October 17, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the official website of Shirak provincial hall.
These elections will be held with the proportional representation system.
