Citizens who have recovered from the coronavirus also need to get vaccinated. This is what Minister of Health of Armenia Anahit Avanesyan said during today’s question-and-answer session with government officials in parliament.

According to her, world medicine has yet to affirm the level of antibodies that protect a person from getting infected with the coronavirus again and how long the antibodies remain in a person’s organism.

“Perhaps a serious research base is created. Today, only vaccination against the coronavirus can help strengthen the immune system,” Avanesyan stated.
