Baku is not in the mood to fail the process of delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, said MP from the ruling Civil Contract party Vladimir Vardanyan.

"On the contrary, it intends to promote it according to the established procedure and the agreements reached," he noted.

The process, according to him, began, at least, very actively. Relevant acts were adopted, commissions were created, which should begin the planned work. "Certain agreements have been reached. You can even notice very, very, very moderate optimism in this process," Vardanyan said.

Commenting on the details, the deputy noted that they will be simplified over time. In particular, when the commissions will begin their direct work.

"In general, the demarcation and delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border is a rather lengthy and technically complex process. Both the political will, the professionalism of the people involved in the process, and the assistance of our international colleagues will be a positive impetus for its successful completion," the ruling party MP noted.
