Alice Wairimu Nderitu, the UN Secretary General’s Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide, spoke at the UN Human Rights Council on Tuesday.

She reflected specifically on Armenia and Azerbaijan, calling for dialogue and peace, as well as to avoid escalation of tension, Armenpress reported.

Also, Nderitu recalled the decision of the International Court of Justice, which is mandatory for implementation, and called for restoring free and safe movement through the Lachine corridor.
