During the working visit to Japan on September 27-29, 2022, we had come to an arrangement with Taro Kono, minister of digitization of Japan, to work on founding a Tumo Center in Japan. Hakob Arshakyan, deputy speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, wrote this on Facebook.

"Tumo director for development Pegor Papazian and Gunma [Prefecture] vice governor Keiichi Uruga have signed a memorandum of understanding on opening Tumo centers and boxes in Maebashi, Takasaki, and Kusatsu cities of Japan," Arshakyan added.
