The regular meeting of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev will be held in the beginning of next year, RIA Novosti reports referring to OSCE MG Russian Co-Chair Yuri Merzlyakov.

“Not much time is left till the year end and I suppose we will not manage to prepare another summit meeting till the end of December,” Merzlyakov stated.

According to him, OSCE Minsk Group U.S, French and Russian Co-Chairs will visit Azerbaijan and Armenia this week. “In the course of the meeting, the parties will continue discussions on updated version of Madrid Principles,” Merzlyakov outlined.
