Armenian Orinats Yerkir (Rule of Law) party congress was held in Yerevan, where RA President Serzh Sargsyan addressed the delegates with welcoming speech.

“Orinats Yerkir party promptly gained its peculiar place and role in political arena of Armenia proving vogue on each republican election,” said RA President, adding that joining the ruling coalition, the party shared responsibility with other political forces for Armenia’s future.

“I am content with party’s activities within the coalition, as well as actions of its leader Arthur Baghdasaryan as RA National Security Council Secretary. Our cooperation is pillared on tolerance and mutual confidence,” he stated.

According to RA President, a constitutional state can be established only in a tolerable, trusty, good and fiduciary environment.

He also outlined that despite the global crisis, Armenian authorities will be succeed in implementation of both short- and long-term projects. RA President wished the party and its members good luck.

Prosperous Armenia faction Secretary Aram Safaryan also welcomed his colleagues.
