Under the global economic crisis, real estate prices in Nagorno-Karabakh go down.

According to State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre under the NKR Government, presently the prices for 1m2 in the republic compared to Q1 2009 fell by 8%, whereas houses – for about 10%.

The price for 1m2 in Stepanakert makes U.S. $645, in Shushi – 158, Askeran – 133, Martuni – 130, Hadrut – 77 and Martakert – 63.

Basically, undeveloped areas, apartments and houses are purchase-sale transaction targets in NKR.
