YEREVAN. – Armenia ranks 87th in the UN Human Development index and is included in the group of states with high human development. As compared to last year, Armenia fell by one spot.
The report featuring 184 states is based on combined indicators of life expectancy, literacy, school enrolment and gross domestic product (GDP) per capita.
Top three remained the same with Norway on the top and followed by Australia and the U.S.
Regarding its neighbor states, Georgia ranks 2nd, Azerbaijan is 82nd, Iran – 76th and Turkey – 90th.
