YEREVAN.- The delegation of Armenia’s Agriculture Ministry headed by Sergo Karapetyan left for Denmark on Monday within the framework of “Strengthening of animal origin food and feed safety control in Armenia” EU Twinning project.

The delegation included head of state food safety service Abraham Bakhchagulyan and advisor to Agriculture Minister Armen Harutyunyan.

The purpose of the visit is to get acquainted with the Denmark-based food and animal safety and animal food safety control systems. The delegation will study reforms that have been implemented in the EU states in the field of agriculture, in particular food safety.
