YEREVAN. – No specific development is envisioned within Armenia’s domestic politics in a foreseeable future. 

Caucasus Institute Deputy Director, political analyst Sergey Minasyan told the abovementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

As per the political scientist, the information about certain problems within the ruling Republican Party, and among the ranks of the country’s economic elite, proves that there is no domestic political crisis in the country.    

In Minasyan’s words, as a result of the total collapse of the coalition arena during the election year, the political threat is so small for the ruling elite that they have a chance to engage in intra-party “scuffle.”   

“There are no premises in Armenia for landmark political events,” Sergey Minasyan added.
