STEPANAKERT. – Foreign Ministry plays a crucial role in protection of state-building and foreign policy interests of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, NKR Speaker said.
On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of NKR Foreign Ministry, Ashot Ghulyan received NKR FM Karen Mirzoyan.
Ghulyan noted that independent foreign policy is one of the key elements of self-governed republic. He stressed that global challenges demand new approaches and underscored importance of parliamentary diplomacy.
