YEREVAN. – The banks in Armenia purchased $101 million and sold $113.6 million between July 15 and 19, the Central Bank reports.
To note, the aforesaid indicator is the largest volume of foreign currency trading that was conducted in the country within the past three months.
Also, NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange conducted transactions totaling $12.9 million, and $9.3 million trading was conducted in the interbank market within the same time frame.
