YEREVAN. – The American national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 409.50/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Monday.

To note, foreign currency transactions were not conducted at the stock exchange on July 19. As a result, the aforementioned exchange rate is a 0.22-percent, or an AMD 0.89, drop from the previous trading session on July 18. 

Monday’s sales totaled $3 million at the stock exchange.

At the cash foreign currency market of Armenia, the American dollar’s buying exchange rate primarily fell all the way to AMD 408/$1 and its selling exchange rate, to AMD 411/$1.
