YEREVAN. – It is the second year that new and comfortable benches are being installed in Armenia’s capital city Yerevan, and along the lines of the program to improve the external appearance of the city.     

In the context of the proportionate development of Yerevan, and upon the instruction by Mayor Taron Margaryan, the aforesaid process encompassed all administrative regions of the capital city, informs the Yerevan Municipality Information and Public Relations Department.

Around 550 new benches are already installed in Yerevan since the beginning of this year.

At the same time, new garbage bins are continuing to be placed in Yerevan streets, gardens and parks, too. As a result, about 260 such bins are already placed since the aforesaid time period.
