YEREVAN. – In the first half of 2013, a total of 200 billboards for free ads were placed in Armenia’s capital city Yerevan, the Municipality press service informs.   

Also, the Republic and the France Squares have sixteen new street signs in Armenian and in English.  

Furthermore, nets were placed that protect the bases of the trees.   

The clocks, which are placed on the streets, are an important novelty for Yerevan. 

To note, all the aforesaid activities were carried out in line with the architectural look of the city.

Also this year, a chessboard was installed at Charles Aznavour Square. 

In addition, a total of 1,150 new benches and 200 garbage bins were placed at Yerevan courtyards.
