YEREVAN. – The Education and Science Ministry of Armenia and the Armenian Jewelers’ Association (AJA) on Friday signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The document was signed by Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan and AJA Chairman Gagik Gevorgyan.

“The objective of the project is to secure—in the jewelry industry—the process of training a young workforce with professional skills and who meet the labor market requirements. The memorandum offers a solution in the training of qualified human resources as well as in providing jobs to the best recruits,” Ashotyan specifically noted, informs the Education and Science Ministry press service.         

In his turn, Gevorgyan stressed that trying to help the homeland is the duty of every Armenian that lives outside of Armenia. He also highlighted that the objective of this memorandum is to create a base for the training of specialists with a high intellectual and professional level.
