YEREVAN. – The banks in Armenia purchased $84.8 million and sold $100.7 million in the passing week, the Central Bank reports.

Also €7 million were purchased and €11.7 million were sold.

From July 15 to 21, the funds which the banks allocated in Armenian drams totaled an equivalent of $81.5 million, and the finances allotted in US dollars made up $62.7 million   

Overall, the credit market of Armenia maintains a high activity.
