YEREVAN. – Armavia Airline Company has stopped its process of bankruptcy, the company representatives told Armenian News-NEWS.am.  

“The bankruptcy process has been halted, the company is paying its debts to the banks, [and] some loans have already been returned,” they informed.

Also, negotiations are underway with respect to the sale of its aircrafts. But the company representatives did not note as to with which specific companies they are negotiating.     

To note, Armavia Airline Company, which is Armenia’s national carrier, suspended its flights as of April 1 and declared about starting a process of bankruptcy. The company had financial difficulties, due to which many of its flights were canceled.
