YEREVAN. – The recent talk between Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan and Iran’s new President Hassan Rohani could not have assumed a discussion of the problems that exist in relations between the two countries.  

Iranian Studies specialist Rudik Yaralyan stated the aforesaid during a press conference on Tuesday. 

But, as per the analyst, it should be noted that Rohani stressed that, within a variety of international organizations, Armenia has always defended Iran’s position.  

Yaralyan added that the Armenian party should expect a similar demeanor from Iran, when it comes to the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.
