YEREVAN. – Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan was advised to “cover up” President Serzh Sargsyan’s long vacation and to effectively “use” for himself the President’s absence, Hraparak daily reports.

“And he decided to actively tour all around Armenia these days, to present [himself] to the society, to show that he is working.

“This is why he was making several visits each day, and all these visits were widely covered by television.

“In this regard, the governmental PR specialists consider [the PM’s recent] singing with a guitar to be a step in the Western democracy level, which greatly contributed to raising the PM’s standing,” Hraparak writes.
