YEREVAN. – Armenian Prime Minister is considered the figure having the greatest impact on President and ruling Republican Party leader Serzh Sargsyan, Zhoghovurd daily reports.

“Tigran Sargsyan’s entourage is already saying that he is the next President of Armenia. Even he, T. Sargsyan, has hinted that he will be the person to continue these authorities, [and] therefore, they should be accountable to him. 

“And considering the existing situation in the country, it is not at all surprising that the PM, who has ‘pocket ministers’ and who also founds political capital for himself, could also make claims for the Armenian President’s chair.

“To add, Sargsyan has already managed to ‘expand’ in virtually all domains of Armenia where there is financial liveliness,” Zhoghovurd writes.
