YEREVAN. – The collaboration between the police systems of Armenia and France will deepen further and this is in the best interests of both countries.  

Jean-Francois Imbert, Deputy Head of the Department for Combating Transnational Crime of the Ministry of the Interior of France, noted the aforesaid, on Tuesday in Armenia’s capital city Yerevan, during his talk with Armenian Police Chief of Staff Vardan Yeghiazaryan.   

In turn Yeghiazaryan pointed to the previous years’ effective collaboration between the police agencies of the two countries, and expressed a hope that the utmost should be done to make this collaboration become even more substantive, informs the Armenian Police press service.    

The parties discussed matters of mutual interest, including the Armenian Police delegation’s forthcoming return visit to France.
