American Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick will discuss Karabakh issue during the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna.

 “Heading to Vienna for the @OSCE Permanent Council. Looking forward to talking about Nagorno-Karabakh with @danbbaer [Daniel Baer, US Ambassador to OSCE] and other delegations,” he tweeted.

The Permanent Council, one of the main regular decision-making bodies of the Organization, convenes weekly in Vienna to discuss developments in the OSCE area and to make appropriate decisions.
