YEREVAN. – At the invitation of the parliament leaders of Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina, an Armenian National Assembly (NA) delegation, led by NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, will pay official visits to these countries between November 18 and 26.  

In Brazil, Abrahamyan will meet with President Henrique Eduardo Alves of the Chamber of Deputies. He is also slated to get together with the Brazil-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group members. In São Paulo, the NA leader will meet with Mayor Fernando Haddad, and representatives of the Armenian community in Brazil.      

In Uruguay, Hovik Abrahamyan will meet separately with Vice President Danilo Astori, who is also Speaker of the Senate of Uruguay, and President German Cardoso of the House of Representatives. In capital city Montevideo, Abrahamyan also will get together with representatives of the Armenian community in Uruguay.      

In Argentina, Abrahamyan will hold talks with Vice President Amado Boudou, who is also President of the Senate of Argentina, and President Julián Domínguez of the Argentine Chamber of Deputies. In capital city Buenos Aires, the Armenian delegation, led by National Assembly Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, also will meet with representatives of the Argentine-Armenian community.
