Armenian organizations in Netherlands stated their intention to erect a memorial to the victims of the Armenian Genocide in The Hague.
The Turkish-Azerbaijani Cultural Association in Netherlands opposed the initiative. The association leaders stated at a press conference they would organize protest actions against Armenians’ initiative, RFE/RL reports.
