Beyond other international principles, the ones of nonuse of force and threat must be applied in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process, EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule stated at the joint press conference with RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.

He said that militant rhetoric does facilitate the settlement process not in any way. Fule pointed out that the EU supports the OSCE Minsk Group’s efforts to resolve the conflict, but also implements specific programs to build up confidence in the region.
