YEREVAN. – Ex-presidential candidate, opposition MP Hrant Bagratyan offered to send a couple of deputies from ruling party to Chile where they will see “no mandatory accumulative pension system.”

Hrant Bagratyan’s comments came after the ruling party ruined four factions’ proposal to postpone introduction of new system for a year.
