YEREVAN. – All of Armenia’s inter-state and inter-village roads are primarily passable as of Tuesday at 9am.

There is black ice on all regional motorways.

According to the information received from Georgia’s Emergency Situations Department, the Stepantsminda-Larsi Highway—which leads to the Armenian border—is open solely for light passenger vehicles and for minibuses that seat up to thirty passengers, but with chained wheels.
