YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 404.84 /$1 at the cash foreign currency market of Armenia on Wednesday, dropping by AMD 0.67 from Monday. 

The exchange rate for one Euro was AMD 556.98 (down by AMD 0.47), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 12.40 (down by AMD 0.01), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 664.06 (up by AMD 2.23), informs the Central Bank of Armenia.

One gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 260.97, AMD 16,481.39 and AMD 18,131.16, respectively.

Wednesday’s trading totaled $4,100,000at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 404.69 /$1, and the trading session closed at AMD 404.75/$1.
