YEREVAN. – Responding to the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs’ call, which was made during the meeting with them on November 5, toward showing restraint in military operations, and at Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan’s order, the Armenian side has not fired a single shot during this entire period.     

But the incident that occurred on December 14, during which Armenian conscript, Private Hrant Poghosyan was killed by the adversary’s shot, once again shows that the Azerbaijani side disregards the Minsk Group co-chairs’ calls and continues to ignore the ceasefire, specifically, when the co-chairs are in Azerbaijani capital city Baku, informs the Armenian MOD press service.     

As a result of all this, the ensuing military operations by the Armenian Armed Forces will be preventive and severe.
