YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 404.94/$1 at the cash foreign currency market of Armenia on Monday. 

The aforementioned rate is an AMD 0.01 drop from the previous day. 

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 557.48 (up by AMD 0.63), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 12.32 (down by AMD 0.02), and the rate of one British pound was 660.78 (down by AMD 0.50), informs the Central Bank of Armenia.

One gram of gold, silver and platinum amounted to AMD 16,039.56, AMD 254.52 and AMD 17,797.14, respectively.

Monday’s trading totaled $5,550,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 405/$1, and the trading session closed likewise at AMD 405/$1.
