Co-rapporteurs of the PACE Monitoring Committee Joseph Debono Grech and Pedro Agramunt plan to visit to Azerbaijan early next year.
They will meet with representative of political parties and NGOs.
The aim of the visit is to observe the implementation of the commitments undertaken by Azerbaijan, APA reported. The results of their visit will be included in a report.
