YEREVAN. – During 2013 the authorities managed to make political field more understandable to the public, Galust Sahakyan said labeling the passing year as active.

Many issues raised by the public and political forces were solved, head of the ruling party’s faction believes.

“RPA used every opportunity to work with public. The people are giving assessment of our work. The country is in a difficult situation, but we did all we could. Our society is unhappy but it has nothing to do with well-being. Happy people are those who live in a happy society,” he said.

In response to a remark that president stated the government would have to resign unless they ensure a 7%-growth, Sahakyan said the issue is not being discussed, “but the time will come to explain the reasons why the 7%-growth was not ensured.”
