Traditional torchlight procession of youth for commemoration of Armenian Genocide victims initiated by ARF Dashnaktsutyun started in Nagorno-Karabakh capital, Stepanakert.
Over 3.500 people will move to Stepanakert St. Hakob church to attend a service carrying torches, banners, candles, flags of Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia as well as of states that recognized Genocide.
