STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan, who is also Commander of the NKR Defense Army, on Monday met with Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.

They discussed the present-day situation on the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, and the fate of the crew of the Armenian helicopter which the adversary had shot on November 12, in the eastern direction of the conflict zone.

The minister expressed the hope that the OSCE will make full use of its capacity so as to ultimately determine the fate of the crew of this helicopter which crashed in the inter-positional zone, and to implement the other ensuing processes, the NKR MOD press service informed.
