YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Tuesday addressed a congratulatory message to President Andris Bērziņš of the Republic of Latvia.
Sargsyan congratulated Bērziņš on the anniversary of the Latvia’s national day, the Independence Day, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned the aforementioned from the Press Office of the President of Armenia.
