The Russian military base in Armenia was the venue for the official handing of armaments and military equipment.
Prior to the event, however, special trainings were held with all the participants to study the military and technical capabilities of these arms and equipment, informed the press service of the Southern Military Okrug (district) of the Russian Federation Armed Forces.
