YEREVAN. - The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 442.48/$1 in Armenia on Wednesday, a 0.15 point up as compared with Tuesday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 549.45 (down by AMD 4,50), that of one British pound was AMD 692.30 (down by AMD 2,38), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 8.30 (down by AMD 0.19), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 229.89, AMD 17,000.14, and AMD 17,355.79, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no foreign currency trading on Wednesday.
