Prime Minister of France Manuel Valls will deliver a speech at the commemoration of Armenian Genocide in Paris.
The event will be held near Komitas monument in Canada Square on April 24, Nouvelles d'Armenie reported.
President Hollande will travel to Armenia to participate in the commemoration events in Yerevan on April 24.
