An exhibition dedicated to the Near East Relief organization will take place within the framework of Armenian Genocide Centennial Commemoration events in Washington, D.C., from May 7-9.

The exhibition entitled, “They Shall Not Perish: The Story of the Near East Relief,” is dedicated to the work of the Near East Relief in aiding 1 million refugees during and after World War I, 80 percent of which were Armenians, as well as Greeks, Assyrians, and other minorities, Armenian weekly reports.

This exhibition includes 27 panels which have already been displayed in Los Angeles and Boston.
