British Prime Minister David Cameron has retained his seat in parliament, as he was elected from an electoral district in Witney town in the Oxfordshire County.

The Leader of the Conservative Party in the United Kingdom (UK) is celebrating a double victory on Friday.

According to the exit polls, the Conservatives will be the largest faction in the UK parliament, and they will need solely ten seats to have a “working majority,” which will enable to make key decisions, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.

Cameron visited the electoral district several hours ago, to be on hand at the counting of the votes.
