Ramzan Kadyrov, who is Head of the Chechen Republic which is a federal subject of Russia, has promised to punish all officials—including his relatives—who violate traffic rules and regulations.

Kadyrov wrote about the aforementioned on his VKontakte social network account.

The Chechen leader informed that he held a consultation with the Ministry for Internal Affairs of Chechnya, and demanded that he be presented a report on all traffic violations by the officials of the republic.

He also promised to immediately dismiss such officials. 

Ramzan Kadyrov noted that “there is a brutal war” on the roads of Chechnya, and “an end needs to be put” to this war.
