A report was received on Friday at 12:07am informing that a traffic accident had occurred on Armenia’s Sisian-Yerevan motorway, there were affected, and assistance was needed.

A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.

It was found out that a car and a truck—with driver T. K. —had crashed on the aforesaid motorway, in the vicinity of Sarnakunk village in the Syunik Province.

As a result, the driver of the car, A. G., 55, died on the spot.

In addition, A. H., 46, S. G., 18, and Zh. A., 62, sustained injures and were taken to the Sisian town medical center, where doctors say the patients are in satisfactory condition.
