YEREVAN. – Expert commission at the Armenian president’s administration decided to approve the draft concept of constitutional amendments and submit is to the president.
Commission member Vardan Poghosyan was offered as a rapporteur. The draft concept and justification have been published on the website of the Justice Ministry.
