YEREVAN. - Armenia's President Serzh Sargsyan submitted Armenia's draft cosntitutional reforms to the parliament. The draft was finalized by the president adjunct Specialized Commission on Constitutional Reforms.
Commission member Vardan Poghosyan has been appointed the official representative of the president in the parliament on the issues of constitutional reforms.
Starting from next week, Armenia’s President plans to conduct consultations with the representatives of the republic’s political forces over the approaches included in the draft constitutional reforms.
Sargsyan also instructed the Specialized Commission to continue the dialogue with PACE Venice Commission on the issues introduced in its provisional opinion, concerning which agreement hasn’t yet been reached.
