YEREVAN. – There is no consensus on constitutional reforms neither in the Armenian society, nor the political forces, head of ANC faction Levon Zurabyan said.

On the contrary, he said, there was a consensus reflected in the unity of the three parliamentary forces – Prosperous Armenia, Heritage and Armenian National Congress – that organized a national movement against the constitutional changes.

“Serzh Sargsyan said that Armenia is not a circus, and Gagik Tsarukyan should withdraw from politics. This means a movement that was formed against these constitutional reforms was destroyed by means of terror. We have presented these facts, and the Venice Commission should be aware there is no consensus in Armenia,” the politician said.
