Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will deliver a speech at Chatham House on September 10.
Minister Nalbandian will discuss Armenia's foreign policy priorities. He will offer introductory remarks on “Challenges for Armenian Foreign Policy” for approximately 20 minutes, followed by an hour for questions and discussion, says a message on the Institute's website.
