Armenian and Russian Ministers of Defense Seyran Ohanyan and Sergey Shoygu on Wednesday signed an agreement on the creation of a joint regional air defense system in the joint security Caucasus region.
The document was signed after the two ministers’ bilateral talk in Moscow.
In addition, the Ministries of Defense of Armenia and Russia signed the 2016 Cooperation Plan.
